* Lectures in disease surveillances, laboratory diagnosis, public awareness strengthen the national capacity to detect, diagnose, monitor & control outbreak of avian influenza, undertake comprehensive assessment of the social & economic impact of an outbreak of avian influenza.

* A number of 16 physicians & 12 veterinary doctors benefited from training course in avian influenza.
* The counseling unit executed about 30 lectures, 20 seminars , 30 video projections, 26 direct personal contact, leaflets , posters in the crisis of avian influenza
* Vet-serve distribute 5.100 brochure about preventive measures in avian influenza.
.* In collaboration with the state ministry of agriculture, Vet –serve establish a veterinary information center.
* Vegetables, seeds & medicals plants were cultivated in Elealafoon model farm in Khartoum state.
A lecture about milking problems, milk safety & artificial insemination was delivered by Dr. Tigani from Khartoum university, attended by 120 individuals (workers, technician & producers)
Illiterate class was open in Elrodwan project in Khartoum for barn owners & workers
